Eddie Brennan should have been sent off for striking the Limerick full back in the face with the handle of his hurley. Man of the match, no. Certainly thug of the match

I completely agree. It was a shocking incident and I’m appalled so little has been made of it. Even Richie Bennis wasn’t kicking up much of a fuss about it in today’s Examiner.
If he was sent off we may have seen a very different final.

im dissagree.not just because i am a kilkenny man.limerick were out and out.not just us.ok yeah eddie brennan did that.but what about all the other action in the game?you saw what they did to Henry.?and because of that he is out for 6 or more months now.i mean its not a match with ou a fight.you will never see a match with out two players fighting.would you.??
