The only hurling action of note this weekend is the Fitzgibbon cup down in CIT. The semi finals are on Friday and the final on Saturday. TG4 keep up their good GAA coverage by showing the final live (it’s at 3pm).

Presumably Limerick IT are the favourites to retain their title. They play surprise packets Galway Mayo IT in the first semi. WIT having already clashed with LIT in the group stages might be fancying their chances of getting back to the final and having another shot at them.
