October 6th, 2008

The draw for the 2009 GAA championships takes place on Wednesday night at 7.30pm. It’s live on RTE.

There’ll be plenty of attention on the Leinster hurling draw with Galway and Antrim now in there.

Galway will draw Antrim ha ha - then we’ll have to listen to Antrim complaining about an unfair draw. Well whoever draws Galway will be complaining about their death knell.

Assuming Kilkenny get a bye into semis as is predicted.

Wexford’s John Meyler is at it already - complaining about Kilkenny getting a bye and about the possibility of drawing galway. He’s an awful whinge-bag at times, then again most managers are.

Galway will soon realise that leinster is not that bad…
Wexford or Offaly will put them back to the other side of the shannnon…
